Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships within the local community to drive awareness and expand the client base.
• Oversee and lead all operational functions, including sales, client services, staff management, and administration.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue, growth, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Mentor, coach, and empower employees to consistently deliver outstanding service and achieve high performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute innovative operational enhancements.
