Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Oversee all functions of the day to day operations
- Train and manage/lead staff
- Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including sales, customer service, employee management and administrative responsibilities so that they are in accordance with our standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience
- 2+ years of previous medical practice management experience, preferably within a cosmetic dermatology or plastic surgery practice
- Proven people-leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
