We are looking for a sales-driven, and people-centric Spa Manager to oversee our location in Orem, Utah.
The spa manager will work directly with the owner to oversee daily operations and provide excellent service to our patients, leading and building relationships with the team, spa guests, vendors, community, local businesses, and the leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation.
- Focus on achieving sales and membership targets and delivering an exceptional level of guest service.
- Create marketing strategies and plan special events aimed at maximizing revenue and profits.
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to inventory management, staff scheduling, and operational reporting.
- Ensure a high degree of guest satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated management experience as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager (spa experience required)
- Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach and manage team members through complex work related issues
- A polished, professional appearance at all times
