Are you a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager with a passion for the aesthetics industry? We’re partnering with a highly successful aesthetics brand in Germantown, TN, that’s looking for a talented Practice Manager to lead their team in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
About the Role:Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Practice Manager with 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in aesthetics, plastics, dermatology, or a spa environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching the team to exceed KPIs
- Implementing sales strategies to drive growth
- Creating a seamless, client-centered experience from start to finish
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional service and high-quality medical aesthetic care
The practice specializes in advanced injection techniques and is committed to providing patients with exceptional results and customer service.

Qualifications

- Effective communicator
- 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in aesthetics, plastics, dermatology, or consultative sales environment
- Hard worker, takes pride and ownership of their work, and is excited for the opportunity to grow a young medical spa
