We are seeking a versatile individual with exceptional communication skills and proven leadership experience to join our team as a Practice Manager in White Plains, NY. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and committed to excellence and should thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and excel at managing multiple priorities. The Practice Manager must maintain a composed and reassuring presence for both patients and staff. This full-time position is based in our clinic.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of a multi-physician cosmetic surgery practice, overseeing both medical and non-medical staff.
- Implement and uphold center operations in alignment with our values, policies, and procedures.
- Lead recruitment, training, and coaching efforts.
- Optimize scheduling and practice flow to enhance the patient experience.
- Supervise daily center operations, including staff scheduling, reconciliation, and ensuring operational compliance.
- Ensure legal and accreditation compliance according to federal, state, and local regulations
- Support and enforce policies related to patient safety, quality improvement, and infection control.
- Oversee administrative and facility functions, including mail processing, maintenance coordination, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide operational guidance, support, and training to all practice staff members, including front office staff, nurses, and internal sales teams.
- Serve as a cultural role model within the practice and address any employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in plastic surgery or a medical spa setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-directed with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
