We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Job Summary
The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and be responsible for sales and scheduling of surgical procedures and MedSpa treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, sales, and customer service, with experience in the aesthetics or plastic surgery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the plastic surgery and MedSpa office, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of patient care.
- Lead, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
- Oversee patient scheduling, including consultations, surgeries, and MedSpa treatments. Drive sales by educating patients on procedures, packages, and treatment plans.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience, from first contact to post-procedure follow-ups. Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and aestheticians to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
- Handle financial transactions and billing Develop marketing and promotional strategies to enhance business growth.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in medical office management, preferably in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics.
- Strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to close consultations.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
- Experience in marketing, social media, and patient outreach is a plus.
