As an Aesthetics Manager, the ideal candidate would play a very important role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. The ideal candidate should strive to maintain and motivate the entire practice team and be able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all dealings with patients at meet or exceed the practice operating standards.
- Ensure proper inventories of all operating practice equipment are conducted in line with audit standards in order to effectively manage operational cost.
- Ensure that the team adhere to all practice operational and service standards.
- Able to provide guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes.
- Able to handle any patient complaints or special requirements with tact and professionalism.
- Responsible for reviewing all patient feedback results and implement improvements to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Responsible for the wellness employees' weekly duty schedules and staff duty chart.
- Monitor and review employee performance regularly and provide required guidance.
- Monitor and maintain wellness inventory account.
- Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the our wellness operation.
- Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
- Develop or implement marketing strategies. Such as promotional postings and ideas to expand the department for growth.
- Participate in continuing education classes to maintain current knowledge of industry.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
- Staying up-to-date on orders to maintain inventory.
- Assist with billing and analytic reports as needed.
Clinical Duties (when needed)
- Autoclaving instruments
- Stocking Rooms
- Setting up procedures
- Dispensing pellets
Education and/or Experience:
- Required 1-2 years of Management Experience
- Preferably 1-2 years of proven success in Medical Device Sales (DME) or equivalency. Preferably within the Women's Health Industry.
- Preferably Clinical experience and/or Spa Like Experience
- Demonstrated human relation and communication skills
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Thursday (Requires flexible hours to meet patient needs) Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: salary plus bonus per year
