We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Aesthetic Med Spa team. The Manager will oversee all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, customer service, marketing initiatives, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the medical aesthetics industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Aesthetic Med Spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise spa staff, including providers, patient concierge, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews as needed.
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Cultivate relationships with patients and foster a loyal customer base through personalized service and effective patient management.
Qualifications
- 3+ year of experience as a Manager in related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge or interest of skincare products, cosmetic procedures, and medical spa services
