Our growing company is looking to hire entrepreneurial-minded teammates to be part of a rapidly growing aesthetic regenerative business. The Sales Executive represents LRM Aesthetics, Inc., a subsidiary of Lynch Regenerative Medicine, LLC, and will launch a new and novel post procedure rejuvenation product targeting MedSpas, and aesthetic Health Care Providers focused on superior patient outcomes. This person will be responsible for product education, training, acceptance, and growth through business development activities. The Sales Executive provides technical product and procedure expertise as well as competitive product differentiation. Assigned sales goals are obtained through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the Sales/Marketing plan. Compensation package includes base salary, company stock options, car allowance, benefits, and limitless commission on every sale.
This territory includes: Virginia, D.C., and Maryland

Significant Work Activities: Driving a personal vehicle
Overnight Travel: 20-40% (Depends on geography and customer targets/locations)

- Complies with required reports, requests, and compliance policies.
- Effectively manages field assets and resources to include, but not limited to, expense management, iPad/ laptop and other allocated equipment.
Applicant Qualifications
- Must have current HCP relationships in the Medspa, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery aesthetic space.
- 5+ years of proven successful aesthetic sales experience.
- Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the aesthetic healthcare arena.
- Experience and knowledge of inner workings of a physician's practice.
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation: Salary + Commission
